How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days (high-volume periods may extend processing slightly).

Transit time: 6–10 business days depending on destination and local carrier performance.

Please note: delivery estimates exclude weekends/holidays. Local customs, weather, or courier delays can affect final delivery dates.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouses and logistics hubs in the EU, UK, and North America. We route from the closest available hub to your address to reduce transit time and emissions.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries in Europe and North America, including (examples):

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Norway.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Some multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

  • Change of mind: you can return the product within 30 days. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, the item must be unused, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact. If a hygiene seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we can’t accept the return.
  • Faulty or damaged item: if your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us and include photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Return shipping for change-of-mind is typically paid by the customer; original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello.wellivio@gmail.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can try to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, we can assist with a return after delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Shop Pay, and other region-supported methods shown at checkout.
